LAPI is entering a new phase in its industrial development, strengthening its organisational structure and creating the conditions for further growth in the advanced thermoforming sector. The entry of Koinos Capital SGR as majority shareholder is part of a long-term development strategy aimed at reinforcing the company’s market positioning and accelerating its industrial evolution.
The industrial plan includes a significant enhancement of production capacity and technological capabilities, with targeted investments focused on process optimisation, material innovation and the expansion of application areas. In this context, a production extension of over 24,000 sqm is already underway, designed to support increasing volumes and evolving customer needs.
At the same time, LAPI will pursue an external growth strategy, with the objective of integrating complementary companies and building an industrial group specialised in advanced plastics processing. The focus will be on both consolidating the domestic market and expanding into key international markets.
Management continuity represents a key element of this phase: the Campanini family will continue to play a central role within the company, ensuring strategic consistency and industrial know-how, also supported by the direct reinvestment of Dimitri Campanini in the development plan.
Today, LAPI operates through three production facilities, manufacturing technical components for a wide range of industrial sectors, including special vehicles, agriculture, earth-moving equipment, logistics, industrial machinery and medical devices.
With over 150 employees and more than 350 active customers, the company positions itself as a structured and reliable industrial partner. This new phase enables LAPI to further strengthen its role within the value chain, with the aim of delivering increasingly integrated, efficient solutions focused on creating value for its customers.
