Ethical Code

The LAPI Ethical Code represents the foundation of our corporate identity.
It defines the principles, values and behaviours that guide our internal and external relationships: fairness, loyalty, transparency and respect.

Sustainability Report
Measuring and improving
The Sustainability Report expresses our concrete commitment to responsible growth.
It is a reporting tool that measures the economic, social and environmental impact of our activities and guides future strategic decisions.
Every year, we analyse the results achieved and set new objectives in the areas of:
- Energy efficiency, through the use of renewable energy from photovoltaic systems;
- Circular economy, with the recovery and reuse of production waste;
- Employee well-being and safety, supported by training programmes and continuous improvement;
- Sustainable innovation, thanks to investment in low-impact materials and production processes.
The LAPI Sustainability Report is both a declaration of transparency and a commitment to evolving towards increasingly sustainable production models.
Supplier Code of Conduct
An ethical and responsible supply chain
A company’s sustainability also depends on the responsibility of its partners.
Through the Supplier Code of Conduct, LAPI promotes a supply chain based on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) principles, defining quality, ethical and environmental standards for all external collaborators.
We require our suppliers to share our principles:
- compliance with environmental and safety regulations;
- respect for human and labour rights;
- fairness in commercial relationships;
- reduction of waste and use of sustainable materials.
Through this system of evaluation and continuous collaboration, LAPI builds a transparent and sustainable supply chain, capable of ensuring quality, reliability and environmental respect throughout the entire production cycle.
